I went to see this the other night, the first retrospective of his work in France.
And it was amazing.
Incredibly inspiring.
How he can take an “average” person and make their photograph turn into a masterpiece.

7digital is hoping to grasp some of Apple’s market of legitimate downloads, offering four million tracks to download, at around the same price as the iTunes store, but as straight, unprotected MP3s.
I still frequent my local CD store.
Although they’re offering a couple of sample albums for free, until the 1st October. Something that you rarely find in the real world…

Mootools & JSON
When outputting JSON (in this case from a PHP object) and the inner quotes are single, and not double, Mootools treats it as invalid and therefore you have no response.
It took me a long time to debug that one…

Courbatures
Last night I went climbing. It’s been a while.
Quite a while in fact.
Frustrating at times because I wasn’t able to do routes that I know, a few months ago, would have been a breeze.
But then that just gives me motivation to get back into it. Re-find my form, and all that.
My arms are feeling it today, though.
I like that.
And I know it’s going to be worse tomorrow.
